At Polkerris Counselling, in a confidential space just for you, we can take time out from the pressures of life to work things out at your own pace, whether you are facing a life crisis or bereavement, experiencing anxiety, stress or depression or perhaps just feeling something isn't quite right. 

Because people are so wonderfully unique and the problems of life are endlessly complex, I decided to train integratively so I can best meet whatever situation you bring.  I am frequently work with relationship and family issues, life goals and stages, and loss and trauma with a range of clients.

Currently, I'm often working with new parents, would-be parents and bereaved parents helping them successfully cope with a major life transition with all its pressures, whatever they may be, and also with people facing miscarriage or infertility.
