Fees

Average session fee:

£70.00

Fee structure

My fee ranges from £80 to £65 a session as I offer concessions (if unemployed, students) on a sliding scale .  Individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration.  I offer a no-charge initial 15 minute telephone conversation to answer questions you may have about me or my practice.  On this occasion you and I can also talk about arranging an initial assessment session.  In the assessment session I will ask you to explain your current difficulties in more detail and you and I can explore what aims you may have and changes you are hoping to make through therapy.  Therapy can be a long process of weekly sessions for several years;  I can also work with more short-term or specific issues, or crisis needs which can be more short-term.   As my client you are protected by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the ethical standards of the UKCP that regulates the practice of counsellors and psychotherapists.
