I offer therapy focusing on LGBTQI, BAME/POC and alternative relationship communities. A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor with over 25 years’ experience counselling adults. Specialisms include LGBTQI, BAME/POC, Kink/BDSM, Polyamory/Ethical Non-monogamy, Spirituality. Psychosynthesis is a Transpersonal therapy combining Western psychotherapy with Eastern spiritual traditions, exploring the idea of a spiritual component to our existence. The work is holistic, looking at the whole person, not just the presenting issue. I work 1:1 with adult individuals.
I offer a space to look at life patterns and changes e.g. career, relationship, life journey, negative or outworn behaviour patterns. Sessions include non verbal strategies such as Gestalt, bodywork, free drawing, dream work and visualisation. I work with individuals. Therapy can be either short term or open-ended.
The first session is an assessment to gather information and determine if we are a good fit to work together. This also gives the client an opportunity to ask questions. I work online. Sessions are weekly. Some concession spaces are available.
