Regina SilvaIntegrative counsellor
Counselling offers a unique opportunity to pay focused attention to anything that you might want to talk about. This happens in an environment that feels safe, trusting and free of judgement. By exploring your past experiences, we can make connections in relation toyour present circumstances. There is also the chance to talk about and explore distinct issues which may cause feelings of frustration, depression or anxiety and a sense of feeling stuck. In building a warm and empathic relationship, we can cultivate an increasingly dynamic process moving towards growth and change.
