About me

You may feel overwhelmed, struggling to process thoughts and emotions. Past experiences may seem to hold you back from enjoying life. You’re not alone — reaching out is a brave step. I’m Francesca, a compassionate counsellor in East Horsley, Surrey. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, find clarity, heal, and rediscover hope. I still remember how scary my own first step into counselling felt — nervous, unsure, wondering what it would be like. I see that same courage in every person who contacts me, and it’s powerful. With over 6 years of experience, I work in supporting people through: Bereavement and all forms of loss (including pet loss and relationship endings) Anxiety, stress, and low mood Trauma and past experiences Challenges with self-esteem and confidence As an integrative counsellor, drawing on a range of approaches to suit your needs. Person-centred practice is at the core of everything I do. I believe counselling should be warm, supportive, and collaborative. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you lead the way—at your own pace and without pressure or expectations. As an NCPS-registered counsellor, I ensure all sessions are confidential.
