I am existential-analytic psychotherapeutic counsellor working in Old Street and Pimlico. I endeavours to help ease emotional pain and distress, while supporting my people in working towards living a more fulfilled and rewarding life. In our free initial assessment we would discuss what brings you to therapy at this point in time and what it is you are looking to get out of therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative process in which we work together to address the challenges life presence. I provide a safe and supportive environment in which to explore and work through the challenges life brings. You will have your own specific needs and expectations of therapy, and this would be our starting point.
