Making decisions, or coping with anxiety and isolation may be among the great challenges facing us in this period of uncertainty. Relationships with family, friends and partners may be under pressure . Work - too much or too little - takes on a new meaning. Problems that belonged in the past may start to arise again.
Finding a sense of peace and reflective space can feel very difficult to manage. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to develop your own internal support with healthy ways to manage your current challenges.
I offer a safe and confidential space to talk and listen, in person or online. A space to talk and share in difficult times. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I am interested in what has brought you to the place you find yourself in, your past and how it impacts on the present. With increased understanding comes the opportunity to find new pathways, to change old and stale patterns in your life.

I charge £65 for an initial consultation which is due at time of booking or in cash on the day.
Fees for ongoing therapy range from £60-£80. I have a limited number of concessionary places for students and those on low income.

Clinical and academic training at WPF Therapy.
Specialist training in short term therapy
Additional clinical training in East London NHS Trust
I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a professional member of the Foundation for Counselling and Psychotherapy (FPC). I am accountable to their codes of practice and ethics.
