I offer Low cost/affordable CBT/REBT Therapy which can help with a number of presenting problems. REBT is a short- term therapy that focuses on resolving emotional and behavioral problems and can be of help if you are experiencing anxiety, low self esteem, depression, suffering from eating disorders, phobias, panic disorders, social anxiety, burnout or performance related issues, etc.
Please note: As a result of the current pandemic, clients will be offered video or phone sessions only.

Number of sessions: variable but a general indication is 10-12 sessions
Training and qualifications
I am a fully insured Trainee Psychotherapist, member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Associate Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I have experience working with both private clients and with the NHS.
I am currently able to offer low cost therapy as I am still in the accreditation process.
