About me

Calm, thoughtful and compassionate, my professional philosophy values equality, empowerment, knowledge and open-mindedness. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their unique experiences and understand more about who they are and how they connect with others. I work collaboratively at the pace each individual is comfortable with, supporting and challenging them them to achieve their personal therapy goals and lead happier, more fulfilled lives. For those clients who are interested, I'm happy to explain and discuss any concepts and ideas that arise during the course of our therapeutic relationship. I review progress regularly and encourage open honest communication so that every client I work with feels comfortable and confident bringing up any issues or challenges they face during the therapeutic process.
