I aim to create a safe and grounding space where I can meet you where you are and understand your current circumstances compassionately and free of judgement. We're all unique and different issues and priorities will require different approaches. Integrative therapy attends to the whole person, starting wherever you feel is right, with your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, or body responses.
I also work collaboratively with clients and adapting my approach to your preferences and communication style. Drawing from a wide range of methods, including Existential, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Gestalt and Solution-Focused Therapy, I will work with you to integrate the most helpful resources in aid of your wellbeing and self esteem, whether it is towards finding better coping strategies, living free of addictions or achieving acceptance and the change you desire.

£50 for 50 minute initial assessment appointment
£50 for 50 minute therapy session
Training and qualifications
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am registered and regulated by the BACP and my psychotherapy clinical training was at the University of East London.
Having previously studied social sciences and communication, I also hold a BSc and MA in these subjects.
