I am a qualified Czech, Person-Centred and holistic counsellor, based in the UK; aiming to develop an honest, trusting, non-judgemental relationship with clients of all ages and backgrounds, so they can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, feelings and experiences.

I support people with different personal issues to help them identify their specific ways of thinking, find the roots of their problems and improve their mental health and overall well-being.
