Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.

I am Clinical Hypnotherapist, GHR Registered Practitioner and GHSC Accredited Practitioner. I am also a licensed Hypnoslimmer Consultant.

After years of working as a professional actor and in other roles within music and the arts,  I was no longer enjoying my life. I felt continuously stressed and overwhelmed, I hadn't slept well in years and over time, my physical and mental health began to deteriorate quite rapidly. 
It was time to change.
I always assumed that I was only ever meant to be an actor. That was it. But in doing so I unintentionally limited myself, and I believe that to some extent, we all do that. We give ourselves labels, and we take them on, body and soul. I was an actor and nothing but, and to change my mind would mean giving up.
Holding on to that belief had serious consequences to my health. 
There was a time when I was 'the actor' and I loved that time, but that passed and acknowledging that, finally listening to myself and letting myself become who I am meant to be was the best gift I ever gave myself. 
I listened and I knew that I was supposed to be helping people. That's it. And once I knew that, everything in my life just began to fall into place. 

I love what I do now and I am here, ready to help you, if you would like me to.
