I am an integrative psychotherapist in the transpersonal tradition. This method combines a wider range of classical and creative therapies suitable for the needs of each individual. These include Psychodynamic, Existential, Humanistic and Transpersonal perspectives which address issues related to your mind, body and spirit. My approach is sometimes directive but always collaborative in nature. I incorporate deep listening, Gestalt, creative imagination, dreams, breathing exercises, energy and body work (mainly guided by the Chinese Meridian system and Indian Chakra system) to enhance your experience in the here-and-now. In this sense greater clarity can be found in order to understand the roots of your difficulties and your potential to change.

About me

I hold a Master Degree in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE/University of Northampton), a Diploma in Transpersonal Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) and a BA in Business Studies (University of Leeds). I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered psychotherapist. My strength lies in facilitating your process of transformation, self-healing and remaking of the self as well as turning your anxiety and stress into a new source of creativity and empowerment.

I work from a heart-felt position to provide a trusting therapeutic relationship. With open dialogue and collaboration, you can feel empowered to navigate change and discover your soul nature.

My areas of work focus on issues of anxiety, stress, depression, anger, grief, loss, trauma, inter-generational war legacy, unresolved family issues, your pre-birth/birth curiosity and cross-cultural understanding.

Like you, I am still searching for meaning and purpose in life and wonder why we suffer. The journey I have taken so far has given me greater insight and resilience. I have been guided by many kind hearts, so believe you will be guided and held too.

I am currently working online with English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Face to face will be resumed when it is possible.
