About me

WORKING WITH BUSY PROFESSIONALS I understand how demanding careers, high expectations, and constant connectivity can lead to overwhelming stress, anxiety, and burnout. My goal is to provide a calm, confidential space where you can pause, connect, and regain a sense of control. I work with individuals who may appear successful on the outside but feel stretched, anxious, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, difficulty switching off, workplace stress, or a sense of imbalance between your professional and personal life, I offer practical and compassionate support tailored to your needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Each person comes with their own story, their own pace, and their own needs. My role is to meet you where you are, not where I think you should be. WORKING WITH COUPLES Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck, struggling with communication breakdowns, trust issues, emotional distance or unresolved hurts. My role is to facilitate a safe space where both partners can openly express their feelings and be heard. My focus is on rebuilding connection and developing communication skills, in the hope that a way forward can then be established - whatever that might look like. This approach aims to nurture conflict resolution in the relationship, whether through reconciliation of hurt feelings or amicable separation. HOW I WORK My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based techniques with mindfulness practice to support the change process. Together, we will explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, so you can feel more focused, confident, and at ease in both your work and personal life. Developing awareness around your early conditions and parental styles is likely in the counselling process. This is helpful in Identifying historical emotional wounds, and, how they may be unconsciously distorting your perception of reality in the present. My clients inform me that I have significant awareness of cultural diversity and ethnicity. Get to know me - watch my video - arrange an intro call - or jump straight in and book an initial assessment session. TYPES OF CLIENTS I WORK WITH Busy professionals with demanding careers. Couples experiencing relationship difficulties. Individuals seeking personal growth and undergoing significant life transitions or crisis.

I have 20 years' experience running a successful private practice including five years in the NHS.
