I'm Donna, I work from a very heart-centred space. I work in a very intuitive and sensitive way which means that I am able to empathise and understand your current needs for healing. By doing this, I am also able to help you gain insights into the aspects of you that are calling for you to grow. In any healing, there is also growth and evolution and this always becomes clear during ongoing therapy as we gradually build a trusting therapeutic relationship.

As well as talking therapy, I also facilitate healing through body work, creative imagination and meditative practices all focused on helping you to work through trauma, and difficult feelings towards becoming all that you are.
