About me

As we are all unique, my approach to therapy is an integrative one, which means that I work with clients in an empowering way that is most suited to them, by drawing on a number of different therapeutic models. But above all, I provide a warm, open, non-judgmental and supportive space where you can be yourself. We all can experience things like relationship or family issues, divorce, abuse or bereavement etc. that may feel deeply upsetting, confusing or overwhelming. When crisis strikes feelings of depression, anger, fear or even panic can debilitate our usual coping strategies. Therapy helps to identify themes and scripts that have been running and re-running throughout your life. Gaining insight and more understanding can enable you to make better choices in your life since instead of following the script that someone else has written for you, you‘ll become the author of your life.
