I offer confidential one to one counselling for issues including anxiety and depression. Face to face, online or over the phone. As an adopted adult, I've experienced my own attachment issues that come with this and can work through these with you. You will be made to feel welcome and safe as we work together.
I use Eye Movement Dissociation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for dealing with trauma and phobias.
