Specialisms: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief & Self-Esteem.
Perhaps you’re struggling to bring about meaningful change, or past experiences are weighing you down?
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or lost- you're not alone.
I’m here to help.
Therapy offers a safe space for us to explore what’s holding you back.
Together, we’ll gently uncover the sources of your difficulties, understand where you feel stuck, and discover new paths forward.
My approach is all about working together to help you regain control, one step at a time.
------
What does the process look like?
Stage 1: Exploration and Awareness
This is like getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy. What are your goals? What are you hoping to achieve? I'll listen carefully and ask questions to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Stage 2: Insight and Understanding
This is where we start to dig deeper. We'll explore the reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Why do you think or feel a certain way? What has shaped your beliefs and patterns? By understanding these things, we can start to see the bigger picture.
Stage 3: Change and Growth
This is where the real transformation happens. We'll work together to develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. This might involve learning new skills, challenging old beliefs, or trying out new things. It's like exploring new paths and finding what works best for you.
Stage 4: Consolidation and Ending
This is the final stage where we review your progress and celebrate your achievements. We'll also discuss how to maintain the positive changes you've made and prepare for the future. It's like looking back on your journey and planning for the next steps.

How many sessions will I need?
We can discuss what feels suitable for you on the initial call. I am open to working flexibly as you might need.
Are the sessions confidential?
What is said during the session remains confidential unless there are any safeguarding concerns which would be discussed with you. I discuss cases with a supervisor to ensure the highest quality of care, but your identity is protected during these sessions.
How does payment work?
The introductory session is free via phone or video. There is a £10 charge for this to be in-person. All introductory sessions are 30-minutes long. If we agree to move forward, sessions cost £45 and last for 50-minutes. Payments to be made by bank transfer prior to the session.
Can I see you in person or online?
I provide counselling in person, online and by phone. Upon confirmation I send out an email with instructions on how to get to the centre with information on parking. For online sessions we'll meet via Google Meet. I send out a link to you via email weekly.
