About me

Thinking about personal therapy? It is so valuable not to have to struggle along on your own. If you decide to contact me, please see how you find the initial appointment. During or after that appointment, give yourself the freedom to decide whether you'd like regular sessions. The therapy room has potential to become a safe space for talking openly, in a growing confidence that here is someone who is committed to listening attentively and who really seeks to support and understand you. I've trained in the humanistic and psychodynamic traditions. Through 25 years of working in the NHS, I have also gained a lot of experience for working with trauma. I am based in Highams Park. The location is within easy reach of many parts of east and north London. The Liverpool Street to Chingford train line help to make Highams Park an accessible location.
