Welcome All, I am a warm, approachable counsellor who is compassionate about supporting others through difficult times. Together we can explore the various emotions you may be feeling. I will help you to unravel all the negative thoughts that keep ruminating within you by offering you somewhere safe, accepting, and non-judgemental to share your concerns.

My speciality is working with those experiencing loss through both bereavement and family estrangement/alienation.  I have carried out intensive training around both issues.

The impact of loss can leave us feeling extremely fragile and vulnerable with some difficult emotions to cope with, this may include fear, sadness, anger, shock, denial and guilt etc

We will take this journey slowly at a pace you feel safe with so you know your feelings are being heard and validated, thus giving you a safe space to talk.

My aim is to assist the client with adjusting to a new kind of normal and to support them on their journey.

We can work together to make sense of what is happening in your world so your feelings are heard and validated. I am based in Farnborough and cover Camberley, Fleet, Aldershot, Church Crookham, Farnham, Sandhurst, Yateley, Frimley etc. I also cover most of the UK and abroad through working by video and telephone call. I work with individuals and couples, so please do reach out if you would like some support.

Throughout my working life I have worked with various client sectors so I have a vast amount of experience in supporting others through difficult times which is one of the reasons that I went on to train as a counsellor.

I use a combination of 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’ and 'Person Centred therapy' alongside my Life Coaching training to assist you with any issues you may be struggling with.

I am an Accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, am fully insured and have an up to date DBS to work with vulnerable adults.
