Christelle Ntow
Integrative therapistAbout Me
I understand what it feels like to feel isolated and alone with your problems, I also understand what it feels like to be weary of seeking external support and the worry that may come with trying to find the ‘right’ therapist. For every person lies their own unique and complex issues which is why I believe in tailoring my approach to meet your individual needs, personality and learning style.
As a registered member of the BACP I follow an ethical framework and provide one on one sessions as well as couples counselling.
I specialise in attachment and relationships as I believe that healthy relationships are the cornerstone to society, additionally I also believe our experiences in our early years heavily influence how we see and navigate through life. With this insight it can allow you to become more self-aware understanding why you make certain choices or experience particular patterns in your life and allow you to break the cycle.
I believe it is imperative to have a space you can let your guard down, feel safe to be yourself and speak freely without fear of being judged. I am here for you to be heard, acknowledged, and understood. Together we will work with curiosity and compassion as I gently challenge you to provide thought provoking insight along your path to self-discovery.
