After 16 years working as a management consultant in the creative industries and the real estate industry, I now run a private practice helping clients find fast relief and lasting change for a range of issues. I draw from an extensive toolkit including cognitive and behavioural therapies, integrative therapy, counselling skills, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, breath work, stress inoculation training, human givens therapy and hypnosis to help you get the results you want.
