About Me

Hi, I am Ceri,

Life can be a struggle on times, I am here if you need someone who will listen to you without judgement and give you a safe space to share your concerns. I offer a free initial meeting by telephone or online video, and this may be helpful if you’d like to ask any questions and decide if you would like to work me. I am a counsellor who is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and based in South Wales. I can offer counselling through a variety of mediums and together we can work to understand your challenges and agree what you want to achieve from counselling to make those important life changes. My main emphasis of counselling training is humanistic integrative counselling. I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, bereavement, bullying, disabilities, health related issues, loneliness, self-esteem/confidence, self-harm, suicidal ideation, stress management, work related issues, relationships, family issues and life issues.
