You might even dread being alone or fear that they might leave you, to the point where you feel like you're losing yourself. With my support, with or without a partner, you can be content or confident in yourself.
My aim is create a safe non-judgemental space where you get to explore your own thoughts and dilemmas, bringing awareness to your feelings and the thoughts that drive them.
I can help you to explore your issues, which can range anything from anxiety to depression, family conflict or relationship issues to general life stresses, work stresses, self esteem, exam stresses and more.
In therapy, the past inevitably does come up and I know the idea of looking into our past can be scary and overwhelming.
Therefore, I want you to know that I won’t force you to go deeply into anything you don’t feel comfortable with.
Therapy will be at your pace and will be guided by you and I will be ready to explore any areas of your life if and when you are ready.
Registered with the National Council of Psychotherapists, my therapeutic approach is experiential and incorporates a range of styles and perspectives including Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems Theory, Person Centered and Gestalt Psychology.
All my sessions are currently online via zoom.
