Bracha Newman
Jungian analystAbout Me
My approach involves, first and foremost, listening.
I work with people of all ages who are suffering - whether it might be experience of trauma or breakdown; a sense of failure or low self-esteem; loss due to bereavement; issues of relationships within or outside the family. I offer a space for engaging and thinking together wherever someone might feel stuck or at a crossroads in life, looking for meaning or purpose.
I grew up in Montreal, Canada but have lived in the UK most of my adult life. I came across the work of the Swiss Psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung in my early 20's and his psychology inspired me to eventually embark on the intensive journey of preparation to become an analyst.
Jungian analysis I see as a process of psychological growth that can free up the person to realize his or her own unique potential.
I work with individuals and also couples.
