About Me

I am a qualified Therapist based in West London offering non-judgemental counselling for individuals online or in-person.

It can be hard to open up and speak to someone about what is going on, but be assured whatever your reason for making this first step and seeking counselling, with me as your Therapist I can offer you a safe space free of judgement in which we can explore what issues arise for you.

Within a safe, confidential space I am here to work with you as we uncover what affects your everyday thoughts for a deeper insight and understanding. We all have the potential to change, develop and have personal growth. When working with me, your lived experiencing and autonomy will be respected & welcomed in the therapeutic relationship we will build.

Areas of counselling I deal with include but are not limited to:

  • Feelings of: anxiety, depression, low mood.
  • Relationship problems: romantic, family, friendship.
  • Panic attacks, physical anxiety.
  • Cultural and societal expectations.
  • Bereavement.
  • Feelings of displacement.
  • Neurodiversity.
  • Lack of: self-confidence, self-worth, self-esteem.
  • Sexual problems.
