As a qualified and Accredited Counsellor, I work with young people and children. I specialise in working with the 8-25 age group. I have experience of working with two counselling organisations. My counselling orientation is Person Centred Approach to counselling. I use integrative approaches, to include Brief Solution Focused Therapy, TA ,Gestalt Therapy and I also work creatively with clients. I attend supervision once a fortnight.

My counselling career of 9 years, commenced with completing my training at the University of Nottingham, Prior to this my career in  Youth work lasted 25 years. I have been able to transfer many skills and knowledge from my youth work with young people to the counselling profession.
