I help young professional women who are struggling with decisions about their family life to find balance and fulfilment in their relationships and jobs with effective focusing techniques, even if they feel they have to choose between career and family.
I am an experienced, BACP accredited counsellor providing a range of services in Bloomsbury, Central London and Streatham, South West London, as well as nationally via Skype.

Mindfulness practice helps with stress reduction as well as with managing chronic pain, depression, addiction, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) and some other mental health conditions.
