About Me

Change in life is a fact - managing it is an art. I help my clients make changes they need to live the lives they want.

RELATIONSHIPS NOT WORKING?

How often we are stuck in a relationship unable to find a way forward – it feels like no matter where we start, we always end up with the same “CD” playing the same argument….

Our lives are defined by quality of the relationships with significant people – partners, siblings, colleagues. They can enhance it so much but they can also cause stress, grief, sense of hopelessness.

  • I help couples who feel they lost connection and understanding in redesigning their relationship into a new, well working model, by showing how to change communication patterns, getting rid of the “baggage” from the past and finding shared values and passions that will take them through for following years.

  • I help couples struggling with intimacy to find their own way of expressing their love and sexuality with effective strategies and exercises, even if they think they can’t possibly even talk to each other about it.
  • I help ex-spouses conflicted by legal battle over child maintenance and custody to find a way to amicably communicate over childcare and financial matters with effective conflict resolution exercises and reframing their relationship, even if they think the bridges have been burned.
  •
  • I help families fractured by battles over inheritance rebuild relationships with their siblings and in-laws with effective conflict resolution strategies, even if they feel there is no way to start talking again

LIFE ISSUES WE DIDN’T EXPECT

Remember how you said “this will never happen to me” - hoping that THIS relates to other people and that you will be spared?

Life confronts us at times with situations where there is no option of not taking part, but taking part is at best confusing, at worst scary and upsetting.

  • I help people recovering from long term illness find the new meaning of life and helping them integrate their experience by simple mindfulness based exercises and meditation techniques, even if they think there is nothing good left for them to look forward to.
  • I help parents of transgender children to understand and accept the transition process by offering practical information, space to talk about their worries and finding helpful ways to communicate with their child, even if they think they can never get over “losing” their son/daughter.

  • I help family members who are struggling with addiction of their loved one to learn what helps, and how to maintain their sanity with practical advice and mindfulness based self-care techniques, even if they think they have already tried everything in vain.

ARE YOU NOT HAPPY WITH WORK?

You know how people often say “my life is okay apart from work”?

Work takes about 80% of our time in adult life. SO - if such a large part of your life causes stress, anxiety feeling inadequate, the other part will not stay okay for long. Sooner or later the effects will start spilling on the remaining part of life – your spare time, family life, even time you are not awake.

  • I help professionals who are dissatisfied or unhappy with their current job reconnect with their passions and what they do best, even if it means finding a new career.I will do it by examining various dimensions of professional life – from alignment of personal values with job’s goals, to work relationships and staying “fit for work”.

  • I help young professional women who are struggling with decisions about their family life to find balance and fulfilment in their relationships and jobs with effective focusing techniques, even if they feel they have to choose between career and family.
