I am a Psychotherapuetic Counsellor working with adults with a variety of mental health conditions. I have a relational approach and provide a safe, confidential space. I may sometimes offer Psychoeducation if I feel it is appropriate and beneficial. This is the use of diagrams or activities to help you reflect on your own process or build coping strategies. I have particular interest and experience with trauma, panic disorders, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I work with couples and I run group therapy focusing on anxiety and depression.
