The counselling therapy is a person centred one I will follow where you want to go together safely. You will also have access to mindful compassion and reiki experiences that create a nurturing and healing experience. Mindful self compassion is the foundation of emotional healing learning to be in the present moment.
I will help you learn skills to deal with difficult emotions giving kindness and understanding self compassion can lead us greater ease and well being in our daily lives, especially with feelings of inadequacy, despair confusion and all forms of stress. I will guide and support you to make those changes to focus and care with compassion for yourself.
