I'm a qualified and experienced Integrative Adult and Adolescent (13+) Counsellor. I currently work for a local charity, as a school counsellor, and also in my own private practice.  I am happy to meet with clients in person or on-line, whichever is most convenient. Every client I meet with is unique, and working as an integrative counsellor means that I am able to adapt my practice to suit their individual needs.  I understand that sometimes clients, particularly young clients find it difficult to express their thoughts, feelings, and needs - and so I sometimes use creative activities to help with the counselling process.  I have experience with issues, including anxiety, self-harm, low-self esteem, self worth, bereavement and family issues.
