Hello. I believe that each individual is different and each circumstance unique. My first objective will therefore be to try to understand what it feels like to walk in your shoes. I will look to make you feel at ease and discover what you are looking for from counselling and then tailor the counselling accordingly.  I am happy to work with you whether your issue is relatively specific and short term or something more complex and deep rooted.

Whilst I am experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues, I have a particular interest in relationships covering a range of issues such as communication difficulties, infidelity, sexual problems, estrangement and many others. I work with couples as well as individuals and to that end have an advanced diploma in couples' therapy.  If you come to counselling as a couple or other grouping I will ensure that all participants have a voice and are treated equally. I will work with you to help you grow as individuals as well as develop the relationship(s).

 In addition to face to face and online counselling, I also offer Walk and talk therapy in Knole Park, Sevenoaks (other locations considered). For some people just getting out of the home can be immensely beneficial, some may find it easier to open up whilst walking whilst for others making connections to nature can deepen the therapeutic experience. Where circumstances allow, you are welcome to bring a dog with you.
