About Me

Are you suffering from anxiety, low self-esteem, self-confidence or depression issues? Would you like to talk to a therapist who will listen to you, support you, and work with you to help you make the changes that you're seeking in your life? If so, please get in touch. I offer face-to-face sessions in Clerkenwell, London EC1 near Farringdon Station in Islington and also in St Albans, AL1 in Victoria Street near St Albans City Station.

If you have any questions about starting therapy, then I'm happy to have a conversation on the phone and talk about how we could work together.

I see people of all ages and ethnicities, and have experience of working with people who are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression, anger, relationship problems, trauma, or feeling that there is a lack of meaning in their life.

Sometimes those issues might have present for a long time, sometimes they might emerge after an upsetting life event: a bereavement, a separation, family problems, children, fertility, work stress, or any other thing.

By understanding yourself better and thinking about what is going on today and how it relates to the past, you can find a way to make changes and live a more fulfilling life. Even when things are very tough, I believe there is hope. By the fact that you are searching for a therapist on this site, perhaps you do as well. I always encourage clients to notice in themselves how resilient they have been to get through life up to this point.

If you'd like to ask any questions about how I could help you then please get in touch. After that, we'll book an initial consultation where we can find out a bit more about what's going on for you, and for you to decide if I'm the right counsellor to help you.

I offer long-term open-ended therapy or short-term therapy depending on what is right for the individual client.

I work from a comfortable and quiet consulting room nearby to Farringdon, Chancery Lane and Angel in Clerkenwell London EC1. I also work in a quiet and comfortable room in St Albans, about 13 minutes walk from St Albans City Station. I can offer online sessions.
