Training and qualifications

I trained in integrative counselling and coaching and gained my degree at London Metropolitan University,. My working experience  involves working with adolescents and adult mental health in the NHS, charities and school. Currently, I work  in my private clinic NAMAS Counselling Services, supporting adults from all cultural and religious background providing brief and long term therapy

In my practice, I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused Therapy. This eclectic approach ensures that our counselling sessions are tailored to suit your individual preferences and requirements, while being a cultural sensitive.
