My Name is Aimee Booth, I am an Emotional Therapeutic counsellor, I offer in person counselling, counselling over zoom and walking therapy.
Finding the right therapist is vital that is why I offer an initial free consultation. This initial discovery session is a crucial step to establishing a therapeutic relationship and setting the stage for effective treatment. It allows the opportunity for us to meet each other and to talk through any questions you may have. Emotional Therapy Counselling, also known as ETC, is a holistic approach to psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals understand and process their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. I believe that emotions are central to our mental health and well-being, and that by understanding and working with our emotions, we can improve our overall mental health.
ETC draws on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:
