About Me

Are your emotions always just under the surface? Maybe you're feeling stuck, or overwhelmed? My name is Abby, and I work with people to help process their anxiety, overwhelm, and find a path through the difficulties in life. 

I work in-person in my therapy room in Surbiton, Surrey, as well as providing online therapy via Zoom. 

I'm an accredited hypnotherapist, and trained psychotherapist which allows me to use a wide range of techniques to help identify the root cause of your struggle, and work to overcome it. Free 30-minutes phone consultation

This phone call is a safe space where we can connect, and I can understand your therapy needs. There's no obligation or pressure to start therapy after the consultation, and you're free to take your time to explore your possibilities. When you're ready, I'll be here to guide you through scheduling your first transformative therapy session.

Session Fees:

Sessions are £65 per 50 minutes.  Longer session times are available.

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc), Psychology - University of Southampton
  • Member of the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, which educates hypnotherapists to the highest standards in the UK.
  • Hypnotherapist and a member of The National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT).
  • I abide by the Codes of Ethics of The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). A copy of the code of practice and ethics are available on request and can be viewed on the UKCPs website.
