I love coaching, it differs from therapy in many ways, the big one is that we get straight to the heart of what you want. Further - your progress is measurable.
My background is in journalism which has added to my coaching skills that can in turn help you. Everything you write has a beginning, middle and an end - with coaching I hear your story and we create the structure - the difference being that the end is your new beginning, your change or your dream realising.
You are the expert of you. The goal for me is to extract your resources (that you may not even know you have) and give a structure to moving forward - to create a life and step right into it. What's different about doing this with someone, with a coach, is that you're stepping forward with confidence and clarity which brings success into being a greater possibility.

Types of coaching offered
Online one hour sessions - £75. One month (4 sessions) works out at £65 per session.
Accountability sessions - £35 and £20 for half hour / 15 minute sessions to support maintaining your goal.
Sliding scale for income considerations. Always good to have a discovery call first anyway.
In person - ideal if you're near Notting Hill or Kensington. Here I offer double sessions in person so as to make your time count. (Available still in Lockdown)
Walk and Talk - integration of mindfulness with your session.
