I grew up in Hong Kong and came to school in the UK aged 13 and have stayed in the UK ever since. My family are located all over the world with majority of my closest family members settling in Canada. Having been a manager, leader, organization consultant and complementary therapist, I have been involved in personal and executive development for many years and I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of people from different sectors and countries. In parallel to my work in the UK I also started and ran a consulting practice in Poland for 10 years where my main aim was to simulatenously provide change management expertise to local and global clients while building and developing local talent and capabilities in Organisation Development. The breadth of experience of working with a wide variety of people in different settings enables me to tune into the dynamics and nuances of someone's situation and for those nuances to inform our work. My training in therapeutic practices enable me to listen deeply to what is needed and to work with different dimensions of development and growth.

I would describe myself as creative and incisive. Within presenting challenges often lie unique keys that can help to unlock a person’s development impasse. The process we  take to locate those keys and the solutions they bring vary from person to person and is what makes each coaching engagement a fresh experience. I draw heavily on Gestalt as an overall approach to coaching and we can bring in tools as needed.

In parallel with client work, I have presented at a number of conferences such as the Asia Pacific Coaching Conference, International Coach Federation (ICF) conferences and the ICF Global Leaders Conference in 2014. As part of my own continuous development, I took on an assignment in January 2020 as tutor and assessor for a cohort of senior leaders in the delivery of ILM Level 7 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring.
