Hi I'm Zoe a Person-Centered therapist offering warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental support. On a personal level,
I have worked in the health sector for 20 years, as well as being a counsellor, I am a specialist mental health mentor for university students.
I have my own family, so recognise the challanges around work life balabnce & responsibilities, & managing personal health & wellbeing required to enable the resiliance to support yourself and others.
I'm dyslexic, which has helped me identify & understand challanges many neurodiverse people face. I have first hand experiance of being a career, I have supported family members with ADHD, Autism spectrum, Anxierty, DLD, Chronic fatigue , & Parkinsons. I have experiance of fertility issues and the IVF process. My personal journey has fosterdin me, empathy, and a deep apprectiation for the inter connectedness of work, family, as well as enviroment & community support.
