About Me

I have over twenty-five years experience of working in the mental health care profession. I worked as a Registered mental health nurse before  my training and qualification in  Family and Systemic Psychotherapist more than 12 years ago. My working experience span over older adults, working age adults, adolescents and children. I've worked with individuals and families with experience of diverse moderate to severe mental health difficulties including emotional and behavioural difficulties and neurodiversity.

I am  a compassionate Therapist with interest in promoting family relationships, parenting, domestic abuse, childhood developmental abuse and neglect, negative impact of migration and racial differences.

I work with integrative models that fits for individuals or families.
