About Me
Therapy can often involve seeing a professional, responding to questions that will help them figure out what's wrong, and taking another person's advice on how to deal with their difficulties. However, I offer a more humanistic approach to therapy, in which I will support you as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and help you find the solutions you've been looking for. You are, after all, the authority on your own life. I offer online and face to face sessions, equine therapy and walk and talk therapy.
I adhere to the humanistic approach and try to see people's lives as they see it through their own eyes. I truly believe everyone has the capacity to change if they are willing to put in time and work. I’m person-centred which means that I am not the expert on your life, you are, as you know yourself best. I am health, nature and animal/equine orientated.
Whether you decide to work with me as your therapist or not, feel proud that by seeking out counselling, you have already made the first step towards change. Acknowledging that you need support takes tremendous courage. We have all been through hardships and talking to someone who empathises can be a life changing experience. I hope to hear from you soon.
