About Me

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and work to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register (BPC, FPC and UKCP). I have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

My consulting room is a short walk from Victoria Station, London. I mainly work in person rather than online.

I offer a confidential space to think together about things that are concerning you. It is likely that we will consider how your past experiences are impacting on your current struggles. This work can support you through a period of crisis or through a more general sense of things feeling low.

The starting place is an initial consultation (£75 and up to 90 minutes) in which we discuss what you are looking for. If we feel it necessary, I can make alternative recommendations for mental health treatment based on my psychodynamic psychotherapy experience in the NHS, charities and private practice, and through my networks in which I undertake ongoing professional development.
