Understanding people and assisting my clients to understand themselves is a personal passion. I endeavour to provide a safe and empathic environment to support the very best outcomes while assisting my clients to live their lives in a more congruent and happy manner. I work with my clients in a person centred way, which is based on empathy and understanding while exploring the individual difficulties one might face through talking therapy. I also offer different ways to work with my clients using different methods such as art therapy to assist my clients in understanding their situations to work to together for positive outcomes.

I offer a free short telephone consultation to first assess the client difficulties.
Following this my fees are as follows
Initial consultation £45 1hr
Subsequent sessions £40 1hr
I do offer Student and low income discounts which are offered based on individual circumstances.
I have purposefully tried to keep charges low as the cost of living crisis is challenging and I feel strongly about people have access to mental health therapy.
Training and qualifications
HE diploma in counselling from the university of Essex. Much experience working with adhd, neaurodivergence, LGBTQ+, relationship and family difficulties amongst many more areas. Qualifications in online deliverance of therapy, Art therapy along with many other courses and continuing development.
