I offer counselling and psychotherapy working with individuals and couples. The main basis for my work with clients is Transactional Analysis (TA). I also incorporate other approaches when suitable for a client, such as motivational interviewing and mindfulness.

I offer concessions for students and people on low income – please contact me to discuss eligibility.
Training and qualifications
I have completed 4 years clinical psychotherapy training with the Wealden Psychology Institute (Sussex). I have also trained with Cruse Bereavement Service training in bereavement, the Centre for Mindfulness research and practice (Bangor University), Cardiff Motivational Interviewing (Stephen Rollnick), Skills Development Service training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
