Simone Navon
Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
When you're faced with problems with your relationships or in the workplace, are feeling depressed or anxious, you may feel reluctant to ask for family and friends help. At such times talking to a counsellor can help bring insight, perspective and a greater sense of wellbeing to your life, as well as enrich your relationships.I am a warm and empathic counsellor with a wealth of life experience. I believe these are qualities that enable me to provide an atmosphere where clients can feel safe to talk about their troubles and the distress they are feeling. I believe counselling is a collaborative process in which client and counsellor work together to enable personal growth and positive change.I am an experienced and qualified counsellor working in Ely, offering brief or longer-term counselling. I offer a relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable talking about your problems, confident you will be listened to with compassion and acceptance, and without criticism or judgment.
