This process provides them with the strength and clarity needed to make decisions that have previously caused confusion throughout their lives. Through my experience in providing therapy, I have honed my listening skills, and I believe that real change occurs when clients are truly heard for the first time in their lives. By recognizing their feelings of loneliness and giving them the opportunity to be listened to, my clients are able to release the emotional weight they have carried for years.
