About me

My counselling services can significantly contribute to the well-being of the individual by providing a safe and supportive space to address their emotional, mental, and psychological challenges. By offering a confidential environment for personal growth and healing, my counselling helps individuals develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and build resilience. This, in turn, fosters stronger, more connected individual where he/she feels supported and empowered to navigate life's difficulties. Additionally, by promoting awareness and destigmatizing mental health, my counselling services encourage individuals to seek help when needed, leading to a more compassionate and understanding person overall.  My therapy helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, gradually enhancing their self-awareness. This process provides them with the strength and clarity needed to make decisions that have previously caused confusion throughout their lives. Through my experience in providing therapy, I have honed my listening skills, and I believe that real change occurs when clients are truly heard for the first time in their lives. By recognizing their feelings of loneliness and giving them the opportunity to be listened to, my clients are able to release the emotional weight they have carried for years.
