Sarah Fulton
Integrative therapistAbout Me
An experienced integrative therapist, I am passionate about empowering clients to heal, achieve balance in their lives and move forward with a renewed sense of strength and purpose. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, family/relationship issues and career challenges.
It is my aim as your therapist to provide you with a safe, warm, supportive and non judgemental space, where we can explore what is happening for you. We will work at whatever pace feels most comfortable for you and I will tailor our dialogue to incorporate a variety of approaches depending on individual client needs, including existential therapy, CBT, mindfulness and psychoanalytic.
I look forward to hearing from you, and joining you on your therapy journey!
