Sara Poss
Family/Systemic psychotherapistAbout Me
Navigating life's challenges can be overwhelming, whether it's a specific event, relationship issues, work-related stress, or persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, or low mood. Questions about your identity or a sense of purposelessness may add to the complexity. Life can feel like a maze, and in such times, counseling and therapy provide valuable support.
I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns. My aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of your distress, empowering you to find solutions and move forward in your life.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a systemic perspective and solution focused. Instead of treating the troubled parts of ourselves as problems to get rid of, the method reveals them as aspects that want to be seen. By exploring the underlying, and often unseen, dynamics of an issue, new understandings and fresh insight can be revealed.
I offer therapy in NW5/N6 and online for adults, adolescents, and children. My approach is collaborative, creative and attuned to each individual’s innate wisdom. I embrace diversity, welcoming all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities, across gender, sexuality, and relationships. I offer short or long-term therapy for specific issues or deeper exploration.
