Sandie Crowe
Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
Hello, My name is Sandie.
Is the weight of current or past difficulties holding you back and interfering with your relationships? Have you experienced loss such as, a bereavement, a significant life event or changes at work that have left you feeling conflicted and confused? Has the coronavirus been a trigger for new or pre-existing anxieties to emerge? Sometimes we can cope with challenging life events, other times they leave us feel feeling alone in our struggle.
I can help you by offering a calm and confidential space for you to pause and explore your thoughts and feelings. Together we can talk through your difficulties, think about your experiences, contemplate what they mean to you and empower you to find a way forward.
I work in a way that involves exploring the origins of your thoughts and feelings and the impact this may be having on your current situation. You may want to focus on a recent crisis or explore a longer term problem. Everyone's reason for seeking help will be unique and I welcome whatever issues you wish to bring, explored at your own pace.
I will do my utmost to make you feel welcome and safe, enabling you to get the most from counselling. My background in nursing underpins my rigorous counselling training, this gives me a unique insight into how emotional difficulties impact physical health.
If you would like to talk to someone who will listen without judgement, please contact me. We can then arrange an initial appointment for you to tell me about yourself and what you are looking for from counselling. The initial session costs £45 for 50 minutes, there is no obligation to commit to further sessions.
I look forward to hearing from you.
