I use a gentle, holistic and humanistic approach, including person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), integrating the Arts when and where appropriate.
I have a growing interest and knowledge in other therapies such as Somatic Experiencing and The Polyvagal Theory. I have had 2.5 years experience working with all ages in care homes, with refugees and their children, for charities, in schools, etc. I also work with people individually (1:1) from home (in my art room / office), remotely (ie. zoom/FaceTime) and within groups.
